The Data Controller collects and processes the following types of data:

  • Identification Data: Name, Surname, Email Address – Provided directly by the user via the Contact Form.
  • Navigation Data:IP address, data relating to the date/time of access, pages visited – Collected automatically by the computer system (e.g. server logs).

The data is processed using automated and non-automated tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

3. Purpose of the Processing and Legal Basis

Data processing occurs for the following purposes and by virtue of the relevant legal bases:

  • Response to requests:Name, Surname, Email – Execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 6.1, lett. b) – To respond to the user’s specific request.
  • Safety and operation:IP Address, Browsing Data –Legitimate Interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6.1, letter f) – To guarantee the security of the site and prevent fraud or abuse.4.Data Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above.

  • Data collected via Contact Form: Retained for the time necessary to process the user’s request and, subsequently, for a maximum period of 12 months from the closure of the request, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

  • Navigation Data (IP): Retained for a period not exceeding 7 days for security purposes, unless investigated by the authorities.

5. Recipients and Access to Data

Personal data collected through the website is processed primarily by the Data Controller (Investment Consulting) and by authorized, specifically appointed, and trained individuals (such as Association members responsible for managing communications and membership requests), who operate under the direct authority of the Data Controller.

Furthermore, the data may be disclosed to external parties acting as Data Processors on the instructions of the Data Controller, for purposes strictly related to the management and technical security of the website. These include:

  • IT Service Providers and Hosting Providers who manage the web platform.

The data will not be subject to indiscriminate dissemination (i.e. they will not be made available to an indefinite number of subjects).

The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union.

    These rights may be exercised by sending a communication to the Data Controller at the address indicated in point 1.

8. Nature of the Contribution

The provision of the requested data through the Contact Form (First Name, Last Name, Email) is necessary in order to follow up on the user’s request. Any refusal to provide such data makes it impossible for the Controller to respond. Navigation data are collected automatically and are essential for the security of the website.
